Mr. Ratner has served as the President of Precise since December 2000 where his responsibilities included running the worldwide sales, marketing, support and R&D. Mr. Ratner has played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Precise Software Solutions by Veritas in June 2003 for $609M. Mr. Ratner was also instrumental in forging Precise's OEM relationships with EMC Corporation and Amdocs Corporation and has also been responsible for the Company's global expansion, spearheading the development of Precise's distribution channels throughout Europe and the Far East, and establishing its offices in the UK, France, Germany, Benelux and Australia.
